III General Information

Autogeorge.com offers vehicles imported from South Korea. All prices listed on the website are approximate final prices, including transportation costs, customs duties, VAT (20%), and all other applicable fees.
The final price may vary slightly depending on actual delivery conditions, currency fluctuations, and changes in customs regulations.

IV Price Structure

Article 4

Prices displayed on Autogeorge.com include:
– Transportation from South Korea to Stara Zagora, Bulgaria.
– Customs clearance fees.
– VAT (20%) and other related taxes.
– Passed Technical Inspection.
– Commission for providing services.

Please note: These prices are indicative and final charges may vary depending on specific circumstances such as vehicle type, customs valuation, and any additional services requested by the customer.

VI Order Process and Payment

Article 5

To place an order, customers must select a vehicle and submit an inquiry on the website or call the listed phone numbers. After placing an order, we will contact the customer for confirmation with payment details.

A deposit is required when placing an order. The balance is due when the vehicle arrives in Stara Zagora.

All payments must be made in Bulgarian Leva (BGN). Bank transfer fees and any other additional costs incurred during payment are the customer's responsibility.

VII Delivery and Waiting Time

Article 6

The delivery time to Stara Zagora is approximately 3 months from the date of confirmed payment.

While we strive to meet the stated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, delivery issues, or external factors may result in longer waiting periods. "PRO VANITY" LLC is not responsible for delays beyond its control.

VIII Vehicle Condition and Inspection

Article 7

All vehicles are imported from South Korea and undergo inspection before shipping to ensure they meet quality standards.
Upon arrival in Stara Zagora, the customer will be notified to arrange vehicle pickup. Customers are responsible for inspecting the vehicle upon receipt. Any complaints regarding the vehicle's condition must be made at the time of receipt.

IX Order Cancellation and Refunds

Article 8

Orders cannot be cancelled after the deposit has been made. Refunds are not possible after the deposit has been made.

X Customs and Taxes

Article 9

Prices on Autogeorge.com include approximate customs duties and VAT (20%). However, in case of changes in customs regulations in Bulgaria or the European Union, additional fees may be imposed. "PRO VANITY" LLC is not responsible for any changes in customs duties, taxes, or fees that may occur after an order is placed.

XI Customer Obligations

Article 10

Customers are obliged to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with Bulgarian laws regarding vehicle importation, registration, and insurance.

XII Liability

Article 11

"PRO VANITY" LLC shall not be liable for damages, losses, or additional costs arising from delivery delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. In case of force majeure circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics), "PRO VANITY" LLC reserves the right to adjust delivery times and fees accordingly.

XIII Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes arising from the use of this website or its services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bulgarian courts.

XIV Changes to Terms

Article 12

"PRO VANITY" LLC reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review the terms regularly.
